I went on to http://www.learninglink.com and went through the health safety display users manual and I made sure I followed how I should be safe when working with computer screens.
I made sure my seat was in the right position and that I was sat upright, I also made sure I took regular breaks and gave my hands and wrists a rest, I made sure my keyboard was upright and that my wrists were straight when using it, I also positioned the screen directly in front of me and kept it clean and adjusted the brightness and contrast to make it easier to read to prevent less eye strain. I also made sure I was reading the screen from the right distance of 45 - 75cm. I had regular stretches and walks on my break to keep muscles active to keep me more alert.
I also kept safe in another way I used royalty free images within my work to prevent copyright infringement. I didn't use any obscene stuff e.g. child porn. I also didn't use any counterfeit software as well.

Design Process
First of all I created the background colour using the gradient tool, changing it to the type of gradient I wanted:
I then added the box image and change the hue/saturation to match the colour scheme:
I then added a drop shadow to the image and created a texture with the brush tool to use as an overlay on the box:
I then render out clouds in another document and added them to the image; using the brush tool and warp tool to make them look as though they're swooshing out the box:
I then you used the circle shape tool and created circle for each of my images to go into. I also used the soft brush tool to make it as though the swoosh is blending into the circles:
I then used the scale tool holding down shift to resize the images to the appropriate size and keeping the same shape. I also change the colour of the whole image using the hue/saturation tool:
Then I took an image of a scroll magic tooled it out in a different document then I took an image of the map of the world and place it on the scroll as an overlay; adding it into the main image making it look as though it was coming out the box:
Finally I made some finishing touches by making the swooshes look a bit more realistic by using the smudge tool:

Time Plan
12/09/11 - Research 4 different digital artist and write up analysis for ideas.
13/09/11 - Come up with ideas and sketch them out.
14/09/11 - Present my sketches and ideas to others to get feedback and become closer to choosing a final idea.
20/09/11 - Experiment with different techniques in Photoshop to see what will work best with my idea.
21/09/11 - Plan out my final design and start work on it.
26/09/11 - Finish my design and make necessary changes.
27/09/11 - Print final design and start evaluation.
28/09/11 - Finish evaluation.

Evaluation of final design
Evaluation:
The box idea within my image came from the top of my head when I was thinking about where does the things I demand come from which was my brain, so referred to my brain as a box because everything is kept in a box just like it is within a brain. The smoke swooshes came from the idea of people wanting what they demand so they let it out therefore the box is open and stuff is flying out. The images within the circles are things that people demand which I wrote down within my mind map to get inspiration. The colour I choose was quite random to begin with as I just played with the hue and saturation to find a nice abstract colour that blended well, but during the design process of my image I look further into the meaning of demand and it turns out to be a quite aggressive word and the colour red is usually associated with aggression.
All in all I am pleased with how my design turned out, there is a few thing I would of like to of changed e.g. the images within the circles I would of liked them to be made by me within Cinema 4D or 3DS Max but due to lack of time and skill I was not able to do that. Another thing I would change about my design would be the smoke swooshes, I would of liked them to maybe of been a bit more realistic and blended into the circle a bit better but this was also deterred by lack of skill. During my design faze I came up with another idea which really helped the image, the idea being the scrolls with the map of the world on it, this really gave my design a sense of fullness instead of just have smoke swooshes coming from the box.

Design Time Plan
11:00 - Use the gradient tool to make make background colour and adding a texture with a slight gaussian blur.
11:15 - Add a open box into the image changing the colour to blend it in.
11:25 - Render clouds in another document cut them down and add to main image warping them to give a swooshing effect off them coming out the box.
11:45 - Create circles for them image to be put inside and blend them into the clouds.
12:00 - Add the images into the circles as an overlay.
12:10 - Acquire a scroll image and over the picture use a picture of the world on it to give a map look about it and make it look as though it's coming out of the box.
12:25 - Duplicate the scroll twice and put behind the middle scroll also make it look as thought its coming out the box.
12:35 - Use the hue/saturation tool to get my desired colour.
12:40 - Add the revolution art logo and change blend mode to soft light and the image is finished.
